Selection and proposal of crew as per rank requirement for both dry and tanker vessels of all sizes • Arrange online Training / Interviews • Process / check all Documentation as per STCW Requirements and verification of CoCs • National and flag state Documentation.

Course Coordination for crew for updates as required • Medical Arrangements for joining Crew (On cost) • Conduct pre-joining briefing as per instructions / requirements • Supply of Crew Personnel Protection Equipment.

Process all Visa requirements for joining and sign-off Crew including OKTB & LOG • Air Travel arrangements for joining and sign-off Crew • Arrange internal transfers - HANSEATIC office to Airports, Sri Lankan Ports or OPL Galle for joining / sign-off Crew • Coordination as necessary with Owner’s Local Agent / Vessels with Owner’s approval.

Maintain all records of Crew Performance and due reference for re-employment of all Crew Members • Arrange Quarantine assistance as per Health Authority Regulations for off signers when necessary.
